Are you shopping at the Dollar General?

Last time I was at a Walmart/Target/Publix/Ingles/etc all that shit watery beer is still there plus the largest selection of ales lagers and IPAs that there has ever been. Not to mention the ciders and seltzer that are huge now too.

Just wanted to chime in that I wholly disagree with this “beer was better back then” bullshit.

Last night I picked up: Hollow Knight, Deus Ex Mankind Divided, Monster Sanctuary, Pillars of Eternity, Guardian’s of the Galaxy, Journey to the Savage Planet, and a Vampire Survivor DLC. Not bad for ~$60.

Probably gonna pick some more out for an even $100 lol Cult of Lamb is high on the list.

Or more likely - you pressed f12 and edited the text for a joke. Still funny tho.

“I’m not going to stand for this” Dude just move to another instance. Literally no one is stopping you. It’s the whole reason for the fediverse. They can manage their instance as they see fit. You sound like a complete keyboard warrior, get over yourself and move on.

Lmao homie really said “whatever, keep shitting on the nazis” like it was some kind of gotcha.

We will, and we don’t need your permission.

Is it possible to block an entire instance?

I'm noticing a lot of content I'm not interested in is coming from a specific instance. I started by just blocking the communities but I'm thinking it may be easier to just block the instance.

If that is even possible, what kind of effect might that have on my experience? Would I still be able to see comments and posts from users of that instance on other instances?

Respect. Decentralization fits perfect with piracy anyhow.

I'm not saying you're wrong - I don't know the truth. But your source is literally: "Trust me, bro."

I’m already more active in 2 days of Lemmy than I was in 5 years on Reddit. Loving this community.

[-] rowdy@lemmy.ml 6 points 1 year ago

I hear ya. For us more technically inclined folk, it’s an inconvenience. For more layman folk, it’s completely unapproachable.

[-] rowdy@lemmy.ml 8 points 1 year ago

Ok? Your point? It’s still more than one community.

It’s gonna be more important than ever to appear active and engaging if we want people to convert from Reddit. It’s not going to look enticing if you need to potentially look around at multiple subs to see the content that used to be on one.

You’re not wrong about the load.

Until that’s implemented (which is great btw, didn’t know that was coming) - my concern is Reddit refugees will see ghost town communities and just head back to Reddit. If we try getting our small community to appear more united, it’ll encourage others to ditch Reddit all together.

As for the multi-lemmy feature - is that gonna be something we can just one click subscribe to? Or we’ll need to build out the multi ourselves? If the latter, then the concern about new users seeing ghost towns still stands.

It’s nice to have backups but doesn’t this just fracture the already small lemmy piracy community even more? Maybe running it as a mirror without the possibility to engage would be better.

Can the .ipa be downloaded anywhere? Or can someone post it?

I tried using testflight - but I'm still on iOS15 for jailbreak, and testlfight says I need to update to latest.
