I got banned for 3 days for saying the US Republican governments have been fucking up the economy so nobody can revolt without risking their livelihood.

Banned for 3 days for"harassment".

First time it's ever happened. I guess interacting with fashion subreddits and AmITheAsshole is all they want us to do.

And I get banned for 3 days from Reddit for saying Trump is enslaving and breaking down America? That's crazy.

I think some people might be blind to the actual distance.

But it'd mostly have to be the older generations.

You can't exactly be blind to distances if you use Google Maps nowadays. It'd mostly have to be unprepared older folks or stupid youngsters.

It'd be an indication of intelligence more than being European. I'd NEVER go plan a trip without.... Checking the distances between attractions I want to visit?

But my aunt and uncle didn't when they came to visit me in France from their tiny island. For them 35 min of travel was impossible.

My psychiatrist strongly suggested that I take a "medication holiday", meaning not taking meds for up to a month during the summer holidays.

And god damn. I've already ruined my face with skin picking (Started eating compulsively due to lack of stimulation and DoPaMiNe), have gone back to an irregular sleep schedule due to being constantly tired (currently 6AM where I am), and have like 3 trash bags in my house cos I'm having trouble leaving my house.

We love to see that the meds are working! The medication holiday just makes me grateful for the impact of the meds on my everyday life.

Still not gonna take a whole month off though. My life would be in shambles by the end lmfao

I swear! I went from always missing my meds to never missing a day! I put my pill box on my phone and never looked back!

Same for laundry, putting it right next to the front door to not forget to bring them to the laundromat.

It's foolproof!

Lmfao. Having recently graduated from a Game design school, let me tell you that making a game accessible isn't nearly as complicated as you seem to think.

It's mainly baout making games more customisable.

Difficulty level, the option to change input, different colour filters to cater to vision impairment, etc.

Adapting games to the most disabled/impaired also helps to accommodate the less disabled and everyday joe.

Having customisable input helps people who are left-handed enjoy games for example.

Having the option to have more contrast can help people who are playing in the sun by making the screen more comprehensible.

The part of game development that takes the longest is the game development in itself.

Designing the game, making sure everything makes sense, establishing the artistic direction, producing the assets, optimising everything, game testing, etc.

Excluding a whole part of the population for a minuscule part of the game development process is just ridiculous.

3 so far.. but it's mainly trial and error.

Started off with Lemmy.ml then wanted a bigger instance.

Moved to Lemmy.world then ended up having too many users and lagging.

So I moved to a good compromise: Lemmy.blahaj.zone

But yeah. Three so far with the exact same username 😬
