Companies will get there eventually. Everyone thought IBM machines were irreplaceable until they weren’t.

I can second the framework laptops. I got the 16 inch one about 9 months ago. I got it pretty bare bones (one stick of 16gig ram , no GPU, ect) and have been slowly buying parts as I have money for it. Got 32 gigs of ram and the dedicated GPU now.

Been running Linux mint on it since day one, had no issues with it at all, runs like butter, I even got the finger print scanner on the power button to work with a couple commands in the terminal.

The 13 inch doesn’t have a dedicated GPU, but the 16 inch has a slot for one. They’re only on the first gen for the 16 inch, but they’ve had 3 or 4 the 13 inch, and so far people have been able to swap in the new components in to the old frames, so it seems likely that trend will continue with the 16.

I got a comforter draped over my desk, making a little cozy spot under it where there is a little oil filled radiant heater and many fluffy pillows. I tuck my chair all the way in and pin the blanket behind it, keeps me super cozy without having to blast the heat. Also beeg sweater.

As I understand it, any browser on iPhone has to be built on WebKit, so even if you install fire fox or chrome, it’s running on a totally different web engine than the desktop version. Making them more safari re-skins in the same way that stuff like brave or opera are just chrome reskins.

See, this is kind of my opinion about streaming services, I ain’t gonna pay them anything unless they’re picking up independent projects I want supported.

I’m certainly not going to pay them for designed by corporate committee drivel that makes up 95% of original streaming content.

So, it’s not exactly easily available for workout purposes, but, much like antibiotics, aquarium and fish farm suppliers are not bound by the normal laws of pharmaceuticals but are bound by food safety to make sure the stuff is pure and uncontaminated.

most of the bitcoin being spent on electricity and hardware gets exchanged for actual currency before it is spent. And most of the luxury goods sales are gimmicks and limited time.

And there is a huge amount of criminal activity with bitcoin still, they just mainly use it to launder money now as the transactions are impractically slow and costly for anything but particularly large trades.

The party needs to start trying to win apathetic voters over if they’re as terrified as they claim to be of trump, not just spout vague platitudes, push out the most bare bones minimum viable policy possible and then shrug when it gets dismembered in committee.
