So, my relative was given a vacation membership long ago. That membership should cost initially to buy in, but she was given for free. She only need to pay annual fee. Seem like good deal.

Now she is trying to give that membership away for free because she doesn't like travelling to that place anymore, and don't want to pay fee.

So i wonder, why just not cancel it. Stop paying to let it cancel by itself like your netflix account.

It is soo good. A tech company i just got offer from. In their onboarding app, they let me join the union on the first day.

This is what you see in the company with strong union.

That is no good with Apple policy.

App cannot tell user that they get better deal anywhere.

It seems sketchy as hell.

They sell an apartment, that apartment in resort. The price is about typical normal apartment.

They said that I own that apartment, and can visit the resort few days a year, enjoying staying at that apartment. Just book your day and they handled the rest. I still not fully wrapped my head about this concept yet, but why not stay there forever but "book" ?

My aunt said this seems good deal. But I feel something fishy.

Is it a good investment compared to normal apartment in residence building ?

Can someone tell me more details on this type of real estate?

Everything as subscription.

Yeah it is seem to be cheap now, until you become dependent on it.

On the flip side, when you lost your job, cancel your home subscription and become homeless.

This is a fucking trap. Monthly subcription is a bait to force you into monthly but commit annuall subcription. And you got to pay the fine if you cancel.

So, it is basicly lock in unaware user.

I wonder what if a user use adobe for 13 months and cancel ? Do they have to pay the fine too ? Got to cancel the percision moment to avoid fine ?
