Hinges: some do, but they are typically locked with a key. The easiest would be bollards ("poller")

Blue sign means: pedestrians and bikes have to use this, and they share the path. If the line would be vertical, it would mean bikes/pedestrians have their own lanes

Meiner macht von allen fotos mit Spezialkamera und schaut sich jedesmal kompletten Körper an, inkl Haare durchkämmen. Aber ohne Selbstzahler biste auch ende 27 beim Termin.

The headline is misleading (not ops fault). They generate 1000x more with a special procedure compared to not using their procedure.

But this comparison is within material and not against typical silicium photovoltaics
