I like the change. Both more inclusive and more exact.

Finally, some good, fucking, news.

Maybe. I can only suggest you try to be the best sibling you can be. Keep that as your north star and you shouldn't go too far wrong.

Welcome, glad to have you.

It's a helluva ride.

I transitioned full time back in 2016. Pm me if you want to talk. I have shared my story with dozens of newly hatched eggs, and talked to hundreds of internet strangers questioning their gender on reddit.

I grew up christian, became and atheist. It's just didn't make sense, and the excuses fell away one by one.

I have participated in earth based paganism. My wife grew up Pagan, and I like the kinship and community. She's been an on-off member for a decade and a half with a group and they are good people.

I won't condemn religion in general, even Christianity. But I will be skeptical of anyone that brings it up without being asked.

So, I'm pretty new to Lemmy and don't have a whole lot of experience modding. Mostly all I did was remove spam from bots manually when I saw them. (Which became all the time and overwhelmed me)

Do we have any kind of guidelines besides don't harass, no transphobia, etc?

Also, did I set my pronouns correctly?

Behind the bastards is pretty well known, and while not explicitly anarchist, the host, Robert Evans, expresses consistently anarchist sentiments. He was involved in Chaz/Chop, and covered the Portland BLM protests extensively. He also made a trip to Rohava to report on the Kurdish breakaway area during the Syrian Civil War.

I appreciate your initiative in creating this community!

I think a general space for news, discussion, support, and celebration for transfemme people is delightful. I was also a member and commenter in r/mtf.

It is hard. Sometimes you can remind yourself that it doesn't reflect on you as a person, it's them.

Other times you have to take a break and let your ego recover.
