I hate this take because wtf else are the regular people supposed to do? The people in charge have systematically dismantled every single other form of transportation from trains to busses to bicycles and then placed everywhere you can live far away from everywhere you want to go and everywhere you can make money. Of course you have to drive everywhere! And then it's also our fault the climate is collapsing?? Like I'm just trying to make it to TOMORROW.
Right I'm actually kinda addicted so I like make time for my "dailies". Usually like an hour a day -ish. Don't think I've missed a day for around 250 days now. I know I'd probably enjoy it more if I played story games or something but it is nice to just turn off my brain for an hour. Kinda feels like how my parents would brain-off watch TV for hours.
Also I have an Google sheet with checkmarks to make sure I do everything every day so I spend the least amount of time on each game rather than thinking.
I've been playing through the Halo series recently as I missed the craze growing up because I had a PlayStation and I'm not really getting it. I'm guessing it's just something you had to be there for? My first game was Super Mario World on the SNES and I loved COD4 when it dropped but trying to play Halo now is just not doing it for me I guess.

Yeah! For us it was me (male) and my girlfriend who have been together 5ish years at the time and we met a girl who we really meshed with and became good friends with. Our friends joked around that we should just all date each other since we hung out so much. One day we got drunk and admitted we'd be open to it so we asked each other out and have been a throuple since!
Most of our friend group is very accepting. Our families, however, are not lol.
I'll admit I did that. I voted for Bernie in the Primary and then didn't vote in the General. Although I lived in Oklahoma where Trump beat Clinton by 529k votes and hasn't been blue in the last 50 years...
I'd like to think I would have voted for Clinton if my vote counted for anything. If we got rid of the electoral college then I feel like the voting percentage would go up across the country as Republicans in California and Democrats in Alabama would suddenly have a reason to actually vote. I live in Alabama now and it is a STUGGLE to get any of my friends to take the time to go vote.

I'm in a closed poly triad (MFF) so my girlfriends who are bi finally stopped getting the comments you're talking about as they both have a M and F partner. It's sad that it took that for people to stop making those comments. It sucks that you have to have one of each partner for people to consider your bi-ness "real".
Not exactly related but I also get the "outsider" feeling when it comes to pride as I've always considered myself straight (I never would pursue a guy but if a hot guy pursued me I would probably enjoy it) and now I've gotten comments calling me "double straight" as I have two female partners. Poly isn't exactly in the LGBTQ so I definitely get the "ally" treatment.
