I take issue with the title.

The term "new MAGA bosses" says "these ARE their new bosses and the staff aren't letting THEIR NEW BOSSES in"

Ajent Ornj doesn't have the authority to place these goons into the library of congress, therefore THEY ARE NOT BOSSES, new or otherwise. They are THUGS trying to break into a library after being told to leave, because they are there to ruin any positive thing there and burn half the contents. Figuratively or a literal bonfire, doesn't matter.

Suggested new title: LIBRARY OF CONGRESS STAFF TURN AWAY MAGA THUGS WHO CLAIM AUTHORITY WHERE NONE EXISTS

Under five minutes.

I interviewed, accepted the job offer at the end, showed up for my first scheduled shift and found out my manager wasn't the polite manager I interviewed with.

For the record, I was supposed to start at 9am. It was 8:45 when I walked in.

Manager, literally yelling from about 300ft away: YOU'RE LATE!

Me, confused: I'm 15 minutes early?

Manager: I EXPECT YOU TO BE HERE HALF A HOUR BEFORE EVERY SHIFT, IF YOU'RE LATE AGAIN YOU'RE ON THIN FUCKING ICE

And I turned my happy ass around and walked out.

I don't care if it was some bullshit tactic to "weed out" people, that is completely unacceptable behavior and in my younger years I have gotten into fist fights over someone speaking to another like that.

I had another job inside a week.

I don't care if they had someone to fill my spot the next day. It wasn't worth the time.

Dude straight up stole classified documents, "LOST" (sold) a bunch while foreign nationals were occupying nearby rooms, then lied about it, then tried to hide it, then lied about trying to hide it. Then tried to hand wave it all by saying he ~~prayed~~ ~~declared~~ thought about them being declassified and therefore perfectly legal to do the things he didn't do.

I've had so many conversations come to a grinding halt while doing RC stuff, because I realize the person is not only veering the conversation to intentionally toward certain topics, they're expressing right-wing opinions or shoving religion in my face. I've left RC events because they opened with a prayer, or because I've seen too many red hats in the crowd.

I'm sure it's also because of the state I live in, but it's a little disheartening to see so many people in my hobby who would gladly stone me to death in the street once the government allows it.

Also weirdly mountain biking has me fucking confused. So many magats on my trails, and it was my impression that cycling in general wasn't as popular amongst the "anti-woke" crowd. Along with other things they view as a threat to their big metal death boxes that run on dead Dino and plant juices.

Lastly, blacksmithing. I do mostly bladesmithing, but like to try all aspects of it. This hobby is rampant with right-wing nut jobs and I've stopped watching MANY content creators over the years because they started making personal vlog style videos when Biden got elected bitching about how awful and hard it is to be a straight white male in America.

Let's not pretend most Christians have even read the Bible, let alone understand or follow it.

The only time I've ever said fuck in front of my mother was when she cut across 3 lanes of traffic to get to the exit, and ended up getting stuck in the zebra divider until there was a big gap in traffic.

When she slammed on the brake and jerked the wheel, upon realizing she wanted to make the exit I just yelled "What that FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?"

Surprisingly even though I was still in high school, she never mentioned it. Either she realized she fucked up and let it slide or she didn't hear me over the honking of cars, a semi, and the yelling of my dad and sister.
