I got my hands on the unfinished "Eros" album demos and this surely feels like grabbing the Holy Grail. Several songs such as "Melanie", "Briana" and "Smile" feel finished, and the first of them was also played live several times before Chi died. "Trempest" is a banger. However I'm a bit disappointed at the overall style as I expected to have more math metal leanings, something that they grappled with when making "Saturday Night Wrist".

And there's also many songs that feel unfinished and could have a bit more meat around the bones. There also seems to be several songs that were demos for "Ohms", so this isn't strictly "Eros".

At times listening to all this feels like playing a leaked internal beta version of some game. Feels really weird to hear "Briana" in its entirety, as only short snippets of it were played when Deftones put studio diaries of "Eros" on YouTube.

Fender is committing a brand suicide with their overprotective attitudes towards the Stratocaster's design, and looks like Thomann is joining the ranks of those who won't bend the knee.

I can't launch games on Steam for some reason, at least Windows games using Proton. I even reinstalled Steam several times, but nothing has changed. My distro is Pop OS. Here's what happens when I try launching Vanquish for example:
