More people using sunscreen and lotion on the regular prevents skin damage. More people are eating healthy, working less physically demanding jobs. Can't categorize files as personal after you vacate office. Classified files are by law government property and cannot be owned by anyone. Can't declassify files after leaving office.

I saw someone leave their cart next to their car and get back in the car. So I grabbed it and put it in the corral a few spaces away.
