It's definitely possible, however nukes have like 30-40% efficiency so to cool even a tiny 10 kW reactor you'd need twice the capacity the ISS currently has (14kW) for just the reactor without any safety margins.

Grenade launcher make excellent multi-purpose payload delivery systems. You can put bean bags in them for direct firing, and pepper "spray" or tear-gas canisters for indirect engagements.

It's because after privatization the DB (Deutsche Bahn) figured out that neglecting their infrastructure until it causes a crisis, causing the government to step in and pay for repairs is much cheaper (for them) than maintaining it properly in the first place.
Seriously, fuck the DB.
