Das war explizit auf das Merkelzitat bezogen. Ich würde allerdings auch sagen, dass die Politik da schon ein bisschen die Relevanz vorgibt. Von der Seite wird aber eher suggeriert, dass Jugendschutz das größte Problem im Kontext Internet sei.
Ich merke zumindest an meiner Familie, die wenig technikaffin ist, dass die sich unbewusst daran orientieren.
Was ich allerdings nicht weiß, ist wer eigentlich die Prioritäten vorgibt. Neulich gab's hier ja auch einen Artikel über eine Festplatte, die auch nach über 2 Jahren noch nicht ausgewertet war, obwohl man sie als Beweismittel in einem Kinderpornographie Fall eingesammelt hatte. Es bleibt sehr viel liegen. Das fällt bei digitalem vielleicht auch leichter, weil man es nicht so gut sieht.
Ich befürchte auch, dass es an fähigem Personal fehlt. Und stattdessen einfach mehr Überwachungssoftware eingekauft wird, die in so einem Fall auch nichts bringt.

Once received a dog from the shelter who was returned two times before for being too energetic and scary. It was the most loving goofball I've ever seen. He even loved going to the vet and took his time to greet all the people working there whenever we had to go.
