Blocking known IPFS gateways is cool and all, but what about the legitimate traffic that goes through?
the N A blend goes hard
The lightning network implementations are implementing channel splicing, which would allow for channel capacity changes without a full close-reopen cycle.
Any non-custodial wallet will work tbh. The best wallet would be a desktop one that is solely used for your chosen network and gives you total control over your funds, like Electrum (https://electrum.org) for bitcoin. Ideally it would also let you connect to your own node, although that could be used to trace transaction origins. Your wallet is only as private as you are :3
What's everyones thoughts on the Lightning network? Sending payments has been fine in my experience, it's almost as fast as something like apple pay.
glad you think so!
i used Zeus and my friend used Cashapp.
oh, do you mean the channel balance? lightning node operators have to occasionally rebalance their channels, usually by moving funds from a "full" channel to an empty one. channels dont revert cause thatd undo the transaction x3
the first part yeah, the rest seems to be just email (unless ive whooooshed over some deeper fediverse quirks)

c/pokemon@lemmy.ml has a single post for me, are your language settings set correctly? i had to hold down ctrl
and click both "undetermined" and "english" to see most posts.
i wanted something easier than paypal/cashapp/etc to transact with
