Nice saying, though in all honesty I can think of a long list of people I'd want dead.
I think there's frankly something wrong with not wishing death on - say - Bashar Al-Assad.
True. The actual quote was said by Clarence Darrow;
"All men have an emotion to kill; when they strongly dislike some one they involuntarily wish he was dead. I have never killed any one, but I have read some obituary notices with great satisfaction."
But the part that's usually mis-quoted makes more sense in the format that people commonly use.
