Well, I was going to post this, but when I checked to give credit to the OP that suggested it... I realized it was you!
So... For everyone else that landed on this page, OP suggested a manga that I believe might fall in that category (but I haven't read more than a few pages).
The manga is not lewd or pornographic in nature, but it is a sweet story of a trans man's journey nonetheless.
