"We can kill brown kids, give the rich a tax cut, and help Russia.... It's all coming together" -The GOP
If only there was a way they could incorporate the oppression or objectification of women and the LGBTQ community....😢 /s
Oh, that’s in a separate bill, silly!
An increase to the deficit that Republicans will then use as justification for further cuts.
Only for poor people and the environment, of course.
Honestly, if this doesn't pass, then the IRS doesn't getting defunded, and Israel gets less ammo for it's genocide. I think I'm alright with this.
These guys seem like some real jerks.
I'm starting to think a few of them may be a bit disingenuous.
I'm glad someone did the math. Because the IRS funding was how Democrats paid for part of the Inflation Reduction Act, and that was as scored by the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office.
Seems like getting rid of that funding shouldn't also be a way to pay for Israel money.
There's no rule against just doing two things and not paying for it (other than they promised they wouldn't), I just hate that it was being framed as a pay-for. It obviously is not, and everyone impartial to the politics would tell you that.
If you add two negatives you get a positive!!!
Republicans are great for the economy!
So $13 billion for the rich?
Didn’t the irs recently report almost $630 billion in unpaid taxes just from this year? No wonder the gop want them defunded.
Don't pass it.
Warmed up tea party BS still smells the same.
This is as republican stained as it looks.
If you defund it they will coom.
What does Israel need?
