Pictures? Do they not have a removable cap like other vials?
It's like crimped on metal that I've never seen when I was getting prescribed hrt. I don't want to try and struggle the thing off not knowing if I'm going to ruin my only vial

I cant see them! But if theyre like every other vial ive seen you pop off the colored disk of plastic. Hold on ill show you mine
Edit: left side is UNOPENED right side is OPEN, do not twist the metal part as this will ruin sterility

Do those of you have ordered through Symphony Labs, what was the sender's name? I am outside of the U.S and customs have a package from a sender, that I have no idea about who is and I haven't received any e-mail either.
