Ugh. The same joke repeated ad nauseam is the opposite of whimsy. It's like Facebook trying to be whimsical, but you know it's some intern being forced to write the silly lines.
Love your sense of whimzy. It totally suits you. Keep it forever.
I love the implication that whimsy - which is basically defined by joyful purposelessness -must be assigned a measurable purpose (such as stress-reduction) to become a viable, option for people, since we now know it is beneficial, and can be used to optimize ourselves...

take the 3 stooges, stuff them all into a meat grinder. take whatever the fuck comes out of the grinder and add feces, crude oil, and diet coke. stuff whatever the fuck that is into a casing to make a sausage. put clown paint on that sausage. make that clown sausage the president of the united states. there is a fucking D tier horror movie clown sausage literally wrecking the country and the world, directly, deliberately, indifferently causing death for its own personal gain... but we "need more whimsy" to shield against stress
