Sure, but you don't go there as a punishment from god for a lack of belief, you go there because you did shitty things.

"There are an estimated 10,000 distinct religions worldwide" [source https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Religion]

Gonna need more apps.

[-] BreadOven@lemmy.world 4 points 1 day ago

But which one is right??!!! /S.

[-] SkyezOpen@lemmy.world 19 points 1 day ago

Against all odds, the one you were born into. Isn't that convenient?

[-] BreadOven@lemmy.world 1 points 1 day ago

Nah. Not for me at least. I'm done with religion (just don't tell my mom, she'd be heartbroken) and am glad about it. I'm also a middle-aged man, but still don't want my mom to know haha.

How many would be left if you exclude any religions that don't necessarily demand adherence, or maybe anything?

[-] Hossenfeffer@feddit.uk 5 points 1 day ago

Dunno. I've only ever converted to about 1400 of them tops.

Very interesting! Based on this, heaven and hell are both on earf, depending on how people see the rat race where you were born.

Those who do not have fat baby JD Vance memes in their gallery will be denied admission.

[-] HikingVet@lemmy.ca 1 points 1 day ago

But what about us who only stream fat baby JD Vance memes?

[-] Fandangalo@lemmy.world 12 points 2 days ago

That’s called Unitarian Universalism.

[-] HikingVet@lemmy.ca 6 points 2 days ago

Look all you have to do is stay out of Michigan and you won't be in Hell.

It’s literally impossible to know. We don’t have the technology to look this up.
