Oh Cthulhu which is a different rewrite of Hallelujah so there's one. I can list a few more Lovecraftian song conversions if you're interested in those. Otherwise there's stuff like Calculus Rhapsody on YouTube and other sciencey songs.

The youtube channel Harry101UK has some Aperture Science song rewrites too.
