Current ICE procedure: Beat up first, verify document later...
Beat up first, kidnap and deport to a foreign prison next, and if that all fails, revoke their legitimate immigration status.
"'I don't know, maybe it's fake' … The other guy says, 'No, it's real' … That's when they finally stopped," he said. "They were planning to keep hitting me because they didn't have good intentions. They took me to a cemetery."
Even so, the threats continued.
"Do you think you're a big shot just because you have a green card? I'll make sure they revoke that green card of yours," Reyes said, recalling what agents told him. "'I'm going to do everything I can to get this paper revoked,' an immigration officer told me."
They're just racist thugs who have found their dream job in Trump's Gestapo.

I do wonder how the media will frame it when ICE tries to kidnap someone, and gets shot. I guess it depends on if they live or not. If the ICE agents are dead, the survivor can tell a story without being so easily contradicted. Otherwise, it'll be competing testimony and a lot of people reflexively believe police/police-like-figures.
