FFS, Can we please link to non pay walled articles? This is lemmy, not reddit.
While I hate paywalls, too, I encourage everyone to click the link anyway.
Every time you use an archive link, you are one less metric in the voice of telling these sites what you want to read.
Firefox Reader Mode works just fine for most pay walls, including this one, while still registering the metric for a conversion.
Thanks, orb
What are you talking about?
There is no Paywall
For me there is. You have to log in to see the article.
Me too. Never seen this before for CNN, but I stopped reading it regularly months ago.
It's not a great source mostly.
Share it to Firefox, and click the little page in the browser bar to open reader mode. Sometimes you have to refresh it to get past the prompt. Works most of the time, it's a great trick.
Reader mode is great, and I'm surprised every time it still works to bypass paywalls
I found out about it from a comment on lemmy! A hidden jem! The enshittifiers missed it! So far...
No.
We know they are all Nazis.
You can tell because of the apostrophe.
Nazi sympathizer. So not an actual Nazi, thank god!
same thing by transitive property
