I've never played a single Yakuza/Like a Dragon game before, but I love the title of this one so much that I'm willing to give it a try.
I enjoy the Like a Dragon series quite a lot, and this iteration seems like the whackiest one of the bunch. The graphics are really colourful here. This is Steam Deck verified, and playable with both Xbox and DualShock gamepads. Lots of DLC available, but they're mostly just outfits and ship customizations. You can get an extra karaoke and CD pack for C$5.99. So far, this has been reviewed quite well. The system requirements imply that you need a new-ish PC to play this, but I regard that with a heaping tablespoon of salt since, again, this works on a Steam Deck.
Played the demo and it seems fun, but not full price fun. Reviews seem to echo that. I'll probably wait a year til it goes on sale.
Shame, though, I was thinking of picking it up as I'm just about to finish Infinite Wealth, which was incredible, just like the previous entry.
