Wow, that's in quotes because it's in the actual ruling.

Stay in Florida Ron. No one wants your BS anywhere else.

Even in his own state, he's got high disapprovals. Ranking as the third most unpopular governor in the country.

[-] gargamel@leminal.space 20 points 1 month ago

Because he has done nothing for the state except wage his endless culture wars and spent over a year missing in action while running for President. Meanwhile hurricanes are battering us while our infrastructure continues to crumble. But he did ban mention of climate change by the state so those pesky hurricanes should stop any day now, right?

There's an old Soviet joke.

Stalin, Khrushchev, and Brezhnev are riding a train through Leningrad. They look out the window and see a man begging outside the terminal.

Stalin pounds his fist and declares, "I cannot believe what I am seeing! The mayor of the town should be shot for allowing such poverty in this wealthy city!"

Khrushchev thumbs his chin and announces, "I cannot believe what I am seeing. The city clearly needs another round of economic reforms to fix the poverty in this wealthy city."

Brezhnev twiddles his thumbs and mutters, "I cannot believe what I am seeing. Someone should shut the window."

Liberals like to pretend their Khrushchev. Conservatives like to pretend liberals are Stalin. In reality, liberals are Brezhnev.

I'm sure there's more than a few floridians that want him to leave.

Maybe he can build a home in that giant seaweed patch and catch flesh eating bacteria.

[-] DogPeePoo@lemm.ee 5 points 1 month ago

Those poor bacteria 😞☹️

[-] Nougat@fedia.io 2 points 1 month ago

... and catch flesh eating bacteria.

What kind of lure do you use for those?

[-] FuglyDuck@lemmy.world 4 points 1 month ago

He is the lure!

And well cut bait the moment he’s off the boat.

[-] ATDA@lemmy.world 21 points 1 month ago

[-] shalafi@lemmy.world 10 points 1 month ago

[-] homesweethomeMrL@lemmy.world 9 points 1 month ago
