Holy shit this this comment is coincidental. I literally jokingly asked him if he was casting spells a few days ago. now that you mention it she's opened up to women a lot faster for the most part. the aggression is new, but whenever I have a guy friend over she'll run away when they try to pet her. the only other boy she likes is my best friend and that's because she's known him for years. she runs away from some girls too though
It's actually pretty common for cats and dogs to have a higher trust in women based on early life experiences. If they were only socialized to women as kittens, men might seem scary and dangerous to them
Yeah, I've known a few pets like that. You can try getting some kitty treats and have your bf give her one every time he comes over and try to win her over with treats and petting, but that's probably a long process.

I'm also bi and have a cat like this. I think he likes girls more in general though, even when I bring a guy friend over he's hissing at him, but he's always immediately warm to girls? He was abused by a man in the past so I think I'm pretty much the only man he likes (when I first got him it took a while for him to like me)
He especially hates when I date men and have them over a lot. He doesn't scratch or bite but he peed in my ex-bf's limited edition nike shoes as well as on his work pants that were on the floor! He's neutered and these are literally the only occasions he's peed outside of his litter box
My ex gf's cat would meow aggressively outside the window literally every time we had sex, and only when we had sex. If we had a long day and just fell asleep, she'd just be chill and sleep herself.
