There was another questionably real Trump tattoo and I had the same thought: is it more disturbing to think that a person would earnestly get such a tattoo, or that a person would pretend to get such a tattoo? Why in the world would they pretend that? To convince people that they are in fact gigantic morons? To manipulate someone even dumber into getting a real Trump face tattoo? It's all very mysterious.
The other one has an onlyfans and used it to generate subscriptions. I imagine the thinking is somewhat similar.
Yeah, I feel that it is fake, but also I know how stupid and irrational a human can be, so I know there is a chance this is real

I'm betting fake. The artist is holding the tattoo machine weirdly close to their offhand, which makes me think they're trying to obscure that it's not actually laying the ink.
A buck says her next tatoo is a swastika.
The odds of the swastika becoming an acceptable symbol are likely better than the Trump name becoming acceptable.

Getting the year of an event tattooed on your face in itself is so dumb. It'll be like pulling one of those free work tshirts out of the closet in a few years; like "HR summit 2012", except with the orange man.
I don't think this is real. He's tattooing in her face and it's not red or puffy or leaking a little blood. It looks like a healed tattoo.
Edit: He's so doing the "wipe," but her face is dry? And he has her doing this straight up? Not that you can't, but I'd expect at least a chair for some head support.
