“The point of the white people's meal is to learn what it feels like to be dead, but I've taken two bites and it was so bad it made me realize how alive I am."

These are hilarious. But there’s a tidbit in there about the “996” work thing in China. 9am-9pm 6 days a week. That’s terrible. How do you do literally anything else?

“Lunch of suffering”. I’ve definitely had a few of those desperation meals at my desk.

Let them have their fun. We make enough jokes about their food already.

Remeber the "Are you going to eat that?" Meme.

They would be far from the first. There is a long tradition in the US of making fun of white people food, whether it is the entire cuisine native to the island of Britain or the more contemporary food blogger who for some reason is compelled to put raisins and walnuts in raw collard greens and eat it. I won't deny that I've had ranch dressing on pizza in my life and I'm not going to pretend that isn't nuts.

White people have a rich history of pairing things that don't belong to be eaten together. (see: ham banana hollandaise)

I put ranch in my chicken and rice. Feel free to judge me on this.

Note: Not chicken and rice soup, it has to be thick like a stew.

"Oh! You have nice hamburger. Why not eat it with your big fork and knife?"
