iPad parenting is coming home to roost.
I wasn't raised by an iPad I grew up playing outside, I still have this issue. It's the adhd in our case, hence why it's posted in the adhd community.
ADHD is not caused by screen time. And it doesn't need to be a second screen, I've done this with crochet projects.
