Does the moving tool-head not drive them crazy?
A clear enclosure so they can watch but not touch.
Mine just watches. She does love eating plastic, just not PLA 🤣

I wanna know what PLA tastes like vs. PETg vs. ABS...
I’ve a friend who had to get them a heated cat cave otherwise preheating led to naps.
Now the cat watches with the same fascination we all share.

My cats don't even pay attention. Maybe it's the enclosure.
