Why not both?
Because the logistics and economics needed to sustain veganism counteract the anti-capitalism, you don't end up getting anything done.
But then I'm busy being a local farmer, not an anticapitalist. Subsistence veganism provides even less time and energy to fight the system.
Ah yes, vegans have to spend so much time eating they can't fight the system. That's a totally sensible argument.
I guess I'll be the one to tell you that veganism is about waaay more than what you eat? I shouldn't be, but I will be if I must.
