MODERATORS
The only good answer is "to my knowledge I was driving within the limit".
If you say "yes" and were speeding you've just admitted you knew you were speeding, if you say "no" you've just admitted you weren't keeping track of your speed.
"I invoke my 4th and 5th amendment rights" is a much better idea.
It might surprise you to learn that some people live outside of America.
As long as you're white, otherwise it will be escalating
"Good evening, Officer. Do you know if your spouse knows that you're a liar?"
I feel like not knowing how fast you were going is also an admission of guilt though. Like, youre supposed to monitor that.
Then don't answer it. You're not obligated to.
