MODERATORS
Yeah it's a world they made up, just like the one where they get banned for "telling jokes" (re: saying slurs). It's just even in that made up world, one doctor is treating a person who says ":3" in a way they don't like, and the other is refusing to treat someone actively trying to ruin their life. But that's not a simple platitude so :^)
