Hah. You assume that by annexing territory everyone living there gets naturalized. These ghouls would sooner repeat what's happening in Palestine.
The former Venezuelans will be declared illegal immigrants and deported to South Sudan.
They would elect two PSUV senators. It would be kinda cool to have two senators who would get up there and denounce Bernie Sanders as a reactionary.
This is why Porto Rico is not a state already and why Venezuela or Canada won't be states. They would become PR #2 and PR #3
