Not so sure about the UI overhaul, but I do like the notes feature. I can see it being a very handy way for me to remember what I'm doing, especially if it syncs my notes between my desktop and my Steam Deck.
Consistency from Steam Deck to PC makes a lot of sense and means features can come to everywhere at once.
Does it actually sync like that??
I just tested it and it turns out notes do sync.
Given how everything else syncs fairly well I can't imagine it wouldn't Very useful feature to be sure
