I don't understand, do they mean they are ok if it is under 18 but not incest? Is that where they draw the line regarding underage porn?
It's not underage porn, it's depicting someone as underage, while the actress or actor is in fact over 18.
Which does seem like a reasonable thing to ban.
Age of consent is 16 in the UK
