Everything else aside, what is going on with lower left? Looks like maybe some kind of gamer but also whats with the nose thing?
I am just trying to understand whats going on there and I can't stop wondering.

Definitely looks like an oxygen line. Paired with the gaming headset and (esports?) jersey. Maybe just an esports competitor that needs to be on oxygen?
