Sorry, I keep asking people whether they are running or jogging but they’re too far away by the time they answer
Not an answer. I see what you're doing now. Go troll somewhere else.
Are you sure? I’ve just had the idea of asking someone on a treadmill, so we can have a proper conversation
Can you please elucidate what the fuck you are trying to say in plain simple English? I'm dumb and need to understand what your point is supposed to be.
So I went ahead and conducted the interviews. Most people were pretty incredulous with me, one guy just said “go try to jog without running and see what happens” then put his headphones back in. Not sure what to make of it all
Sounds like the interviews went well. After you do those jogs for a couple weeks, next up is seeking a therapist. It's to help you overcome a mental rut. Sounds like something you desperately need to start doing immediately after reading this comment.
With the therapist, should I prioritize my health or should I prioritize my well being?
Sounds like you need to start with both simultaneously. It's almost like you, specifically, cant do one step at-a-time.
Sorry, after all this time are you now changing your recommendation to walking? Or am I reading that wrong?
Since I wasn't addressing OP, I was addressing you, I have not changed any recommendation.
You should learn some reading comprehension and compartmentalize your conversations.
In order to comprehend the words, do I need to look at them? Or can I get away with just seeing them?
