My question is once she's got the pardon then can it be revoked?
Unlikely, unless SCOTUS would rule it is somehow unconstitutional, which this SCOTUS is unlikely to do that.
If during Nixon US wasn't dumb and did not allow blanket pardons and only allow pardon after conviction.
A lot of shenanigans being done wouldn't be possible.
I think trunk might be trying to see if he can persuade SCOUTUS to change/drop her sentence (he would love this, because then he can say it wasn't him, but it is clear that she submitted this after seeing his lawyer)

If that won't work he will maybe try the pardon, and at least (not sure if things will change anything though) the pardon can't be used for any future crimes. So if she lies, it would have to be after she does it. He likely would withhold the pardon until very end though, because of a backlash, which I'm sure Maxwell wouldn't be happy. Also if he would die in office that would be devastating to her as she might lose it.
