Rules:

5. Only recent news is allowed.
Posts must be news from the most recent 30 days.
6. All posts must be news articles.
No opinion pieces, Listicles, editorials, videos, blogs, press releases, or celebrity gossip will be allowed. All posts will be judged on a case-by-case basis. Mods may use discretion to pre-approve videos or press releases from highly credible sources that provide unique, newsworthy content not available or possible in another format.
7. No duplicate posts.
If an article has already been posted, it will be removed. Different articles reporting on the same subject are permitted. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners or news aggregators.
All posts must link to original article sources. You may include archival links in the post description. News aggregators such as Yahoo, Google, Hacker News, etc. should be avoided in favor of the original source link. Newswire services such as AP, Reuters, or AFP, are frequently republished and may be shared from other credible sources.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

MODERATORS
Orange hitler needs to be impeached, removed from office, and sent to prison for his previous and current crimes.
I was hoping this would happen after his first term. However it will never, ever, EVER, happen. There just isn't anyone with a spine who will do anything about him.
Now I'm hoping he gets a debilitating stroke/heart attack.
Or a long painful death. Colon cancer is fine, anything that can't be treated.
Last resort is assassination, not because I'm above such things or find it distasteful etc. I was, but not anymore. No, it's because if that happens then it'll probably be quick and painless. And that racist rapist kiddie fiddler doesn't fucking deserve that mercy.
Assassination would stop him from hurting people quicker than cancer. Even if he had a stroke that debilitated him he wouldn't get impeached, he'd just effectively be a more obedient puppet.
Not to mention, assassination sends a message to his peers too. As much as I want him to suffer, I think a quick assassination would be more effective.
They're arresting judges. Wake up. Take to the streets.

What a joke. Most can't even be bothered to skip work.
Work is your entire livelihood in this country for most people. They have workers by the neck, daring you to step out of line so they can leave you to die on the streets. I don't blame people for attempting to survive.
And ignoring your neighbors as well. As if those with extra couldn't help those without so everyone can come together and fight your dictator. That's the only way any of this works and history has shown by far, bullets are the best and most often only way to depose a fascist. But you would have to help people you don't know and that's awfully socialist and goes against everything you have ever been told by your government and oligarchs.
Organization would solve many of these problems but if you never go out and meet like minded people with the same goals how do you organize?
There aren't many with extra at this point. The worker squeeze is at the max.
Then there isn't a reason to continue living like that and the only way to change it is to force it or die in a camp. I am Canadian. I am also disabled. My family has nothing. I'd haul my cripple ass out there. I am now and my situation is vastly different then yours. Can I afford it, fuck no. When you have nothing already there are no more excuses.
Who's gonna do it? Democrats? Ha.
