they are targeting people who go out trying to help what they think are injured women and children.

if this is not pure evil, I don't know what is.

This is why I'm glad for Lemmy. At first it outraged me, but after seeing the conversation, it does sound more like a dark parody from The Hunger Games (i.e. JabberJays) which is completely possible with current drone tech and speakers, but X to doubt until source cited.

Edit: Thanks for the source. It appears the worst is true.
