The last time a major terrorist attack happened, the government got expansion of powers.
This is preparing for the next 9/11, reichstag-fire style.
And the dems will approve the Enabling Act.
They gladly will, especially if its a reach around in the name of compromise and good faith to the "Actually Just Open Nazis and Bad Faith Liars" party.
if the patriot act is any indication, yes.
The one person who voted no to the Patriot Act was voted out next election.
Let that be a lesson to all Americans. The one person who voted to protect the freedoms of America was voted out because it looked bad on paper.
