lolol none of that is required. you can just take out the leadership and let chaos reign. but then everyone migrates out and you have to deal with that nonsense.
You don't think Putin will have a successor willing to continue the attack on Ukraine? He didn't come up with this himself.
Doesnt matter. You just repeat the process silly. The bigger issue is the destabilization of the governance impacting the population migration patterns.
Once you destabilize a government everyone around that country has to deal with influxes in population.
