Who's taking the photo? Do people really have extra phones around just for moments like this?
They are making cameras now for kids without phones attached. Might be one of those.

I've never seen a kid without a phone attached
I carry 2 phones all the time. I work in government. If I use my phone for work, it becomes subject to Open Records requests, so the city gives me a stipend to pay for a second phone to do all my city business.
I worked at a different city that didn't do that for most employees, and everyone just used their personal phones anyway. We got an Open Records request that resulted in me having to search everyone's text message history. I felt dirty.
