You already know Musk is going to try and do it for real at one point...
Once Trump tries to break the rules by getting a third term, or pulls a Medvedev and becomes vice president to a stooge while still running things (which is also unconstitutional), the barn door is broken wide open. It won't be a problem for Musk to run even though he's foreign-born.
