Do you think the people who use language like that understand what viruses actually are, besides "something infectious"?
No, to most of them viruses and bacteria are all just "germs". But considering how many people believe fluoride is for mind control I can easily imagine them believing the "Biden crime family" are literally spreading mind-control germs that turn people gay or atheist or make them love SoCiALiZm.
