If it was written on 4chan, it must be true.
It is, absofuckinglutelly.
It's just the poor execution of a poor joke. The base is that conflict over a girl in a first grade, then anon diverts our expectations by saying he is a teacher. Pretty basic and srupid in itself, and anon failed at delivering that imho.
