You absolutely can get some emotional benefits from the first dose before the physical ones start. I felt much more calm and less heightened emotions after my first dose of T. A welcome change having dealt with PMDD for years.

I have probably a 1000 hours in SDV across systems, but I could never get into Skyrim. Combat style and grungy look that was popular around that time weren't for me. I played Kingdom of Amalur, which was similar, but more enjoyable to me and could never return to Skyrim.
Along with only having 100 slots available for non-Nitro users. Even with Nitro it's 200. Between social spaces and games I play (some with several servers just for different classes), I don't have much space left for random topics. I think if that were the case we'd see enbies who were AMAB holding more privilege in queer spaces but that doesn't tend to be the case. If anything, they are one of the most overlooked groups.
