The performance issues aren't just bad, they are obscenely bad. I would refund the game if I could, but I, too, thought the issues would be fixed in time and kept playing (back when I still could.)

The hotline is for service members if they are directly given an illegal order, not for civilians to report service members.

There does exist a hotline to call if you're being given illegal orders, at least.
