Finally someone else that uses Soulseek. It's been around for years and is the best place to download whole albums or discographies in high quality.

That explains why I kept trying to purge my history and having some posts keep popping back up.

I just found out about Connect today and have been loving it.

I've been a paid Sync user for more years than I know, and am so glad they're coming over to Lemmy. However, in the meantime, Connect is pretty great for basic posting/reading needs.

I've paid for Sync (I forget how many) years ago and have loved it since. I'm so happy you all are switching over and building a app for Lemmy.

Thanks for y'all you do!

McDonald's isn't the only company to pull off a retro-gaming-themed PR gambit today. Atari is also releasing a new game for the Atari 2600, an announcement that also served to drum up interest in its upcoming title Mr. Run and Jump. If Halliburton announces a new Sega Master System game about fracking in the next 24 hours, I'll know someone is messing with me.

I like it like this, but I've always been a minimalist. With a few QoL changes/fixes (especially for the mobile app) this will be perfect.

I haven't finished the game yet, but Journey's OST is simply amazing.

"It could be devastating," said Joseph Steinfeld, an attorney representing individuals harmed by Mallinckrodt's pain medications. "It potentially could wipe out the whole settlement."

...

If Mallinckrodt files a second bankruptcy, payouts would likely go first to company executives, staff and other creditors, with opioid-related claims paid out last.

He could never have passed a background check to gain access. He was only given it because he was president.

Not to mention overturning the military's judgment just to give access to Jared fucking Kusher.

Yep, and the the more you work on it, the more issues and problems you run into that you need to figure out.

Not to mention the more things you see that you try to get fancy on. Which ends up taking even more time/effort, because you can't let it beat you.

I was just about to say, "why do they always do the opposite of the right/smart thing?".

Oh yeah, because they don't really have values, they just want to do the opposite of everything they consider woke.

The indictment says that Mr. Trump not only took from the White House classified documents that he was not authorized to possess but also that he showed them to visitors and political cronies at his country club. One of the documents involved a potential attack on another country, which The New York Times has reported was Iran. “Isn’t it amazing?” he asked one visitor, brandishing the document. During that conversation Mr. Trump acknowledged that he knew the document was “a secret,” the indictment said.

Nope they did this to themselves. They are just trying to squeeze more profits before they probably sell.
