Idk why you're down voted, I think you're right. Also aren't tankies part of the left, leftist infighting aside?

Edit: To clarify, giving them a word that makes leftist infighting seem silly seems, pointless. The only people on the left I know of that use the word tankie literally don't even try to understand the other side. It's not taking a word away from them that's going to stop it. It's by approaching every conversation with humility, and explaining them the theory they so clearly lack. If even so they think you're wrong (and bring arguments, ofc), and you can't defend using theory, then maybe they're right? I don't understand, isn't this the point of the whole reading part everyone agrees we should do?

I have to be honest, this looks like something that ChatGPT came up with. Although if it wasn't, don't take it as an insult. ChatGPT writes well, but I feel it's output lacks the substance a human can create. Also, I'm picky. xD

I'll admit, I haven't read Stalin theory. And while this is well written, I don't think a leader from the people, for the people, would hardly take himself in such high regard. As in, this text makes him seem like an egocentric. When he was just like you and me, part of the proletariat. Albeit with more theoretical knowledge and in circumstances that gave him the opportunity for leadership.

If I were to recreate this, I'd honestly just ask ChatGPT to write a Tinder profile for a member of the proletariat.

He may have been a great Leader, but the future is now on our generations hands, and we have to realize we, each one of us, is important. And to have pride on our own Tinder profiles, instead of idolizing what was in the past. I think a text which lifts up the spirit of the common man, instead if idolizing someone from the past, would be cooler. :)

I just meant it was an aggressive tone, which might put off new members. Also, I might have equated "hate speech" with speech in which you show hate for something (ex, an admin team). Which is clearly wrong looking back, but I won't edit it now.

Damn, TIL. That's pretty cool. I may have played some CS:Source matches with Polish people, then.

Wait, chill. Won't comments like this give them an example of "hate-speech" they can use against this instance? If they lie, it's their problem. Hopefully their users realize it, but if not, we don't need to feed into their narrative and prove their point. This is my opinion, anyway.

Edit: I have already been convinced I was wrong. I'll still leave this comment up, despite the downvotes, so that replies still make sense.

Be careful that some communities have bots that review posts right after they are edited, that could ban you from said community. This would prevent you from editing the rest of your comments / posts.

We live in a capitalistic society. I'm a programmer myself, and the way I see it, if we can game the system as workers, we should. The bosses do it. The investors do it. Why shouldn't we?

A technically accurate meme? Noice.

i3 gang rise up!

I've only tried i3 and it just works, so I stuck with it. After learning the hotkeys it never seems to get in the way (at least for my usage). Riced it a bit. Then some polybar sparkled in there. A wallpaper. What more can a guy want?

I hear that. Gentoo also allows you to do local patches. Had to do that once for gdb (don't ask) and was surprised how easy it was. Very cool system. Would recommend.

Life is full of cycles. Every beginning has an end. And we are currently in a new beginning.

Years ago I would be heartbroken. So many good communities lost. So many posts erased. But this is for the better, I think. This time, let's rebuild those same communities stronger, and better.

Open-source is the future, and I'm willing to invest my time on it.
